We are all subjected to both good and bad stress in our daily lives. Without good stress we would undoubtedly stagnate and life is after all, an evolutionary process wherein we should be constantly growing and learning.
However, when the body is subjected to stresses or conditions to which it is unable to adapt, the stress then becomes stored as tension in the body. This locked in stress interrupts the life energy flow patterns which then disturbs normal body functioning; thus the body enters a state of degeneration.
People often underestimate what an adverse impact negative emotions such as worry, anxiety, anger, fear or rage can have on our physical wellbeing. The human brain can also cause physical pain as a distraction or defence mechanism to prevent us from thinking about these negative emotions. It is therefore important we recognise that negative psychological (mental/emotional) thoughts will adversely impact on our physiology.
Nutrition - avoid refined, processed foods and fizzy drinks as much as possible. Eat fresh food as close to its` natural source as much as possible (high vibrational foods). Think of your body as a bank of energy. If you withdraw or spend too much energy without depositing sufficient quality (not quantity) back in, in time, you will surely bankrupt yourself.
Exercise - is a proven stress buster. If you want to live a healthy and fulfilling life into old age, then you need to remain as physically active as possible. Your muscles are designed to move so “use them or lose them”. Exercise also stimulates the immune system. Get involved in a sport or activity; things like exercise or meditation will relieve stress in a positive manner. Remember to never override your bodies in built resistive powers.
Have a clear picture of what you are going to do and go for it.
